This will be my 4th year teaching 4th grade and my 3rd year teaching at SMS! I absolutely love SMS and feel so lucky to be able to share my love of teaching with the students in my classroom.
I grew up in Connecticut and went to Colby-Sawyer College in NH for my B.S. in Child Development and Early Childhood Education. I then attended the University of Bridgeport for my M.S. in Elementary Education. I was a Title 1 reading teacher for two years before I became a 4th grade teacher.
When I'm not in my classroom, you can find me enjoying the outdoors. I absolutely love to ski. I started skiing when I was two years old and ski raced throughout college. I also enjoy playing tennis and volleyball, hiking, and reading a good book at the beach!
I can't wait for another fun-filled year of learning!
