5 Weeks!

I hope everyone was able to enjoy some time outside this weekend! On Saturday, I went to the garden ceremony. It is so impressive! A huge thanks to everyone who helped make it possible. I can't wait for the kids to be able use it!

On Wednesday, we had a great time walking with our reading buddies at the wellness walk! It was so nice to see the 4th graders watching over their buddies during the walk. 

In science, we finished up studying plants. The kids were so energetic throughout the unit and equally excited about their tomato plant projects. Please remind students that they should be measuring their tomato plant everyday.  

In reading, we continue to study historical fiction. Students are in book clubs with their peers to discuss their books. They have been having thoughtful conversations and debates about the time period they are learning about!

This week we will begin learning about the regions of the U.S.
